One Horse-built items carry a Limited Lifetime warranty. If a One Horse product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or substitute with an equivalent product.
Warranty claims are handled by repair or replacement, not a refund of the purchase price.

Aftermarket parts don’t automatically void the warranty. But if an aftermarket part causes or contributes to a failure, that portion of the cost may not be covered.
Products covered by another manufacturer’s warranty are serviced under that warranty. See our Terms & Conditions.

If it’s approved, you get an RMA number and return instructions.
Don’t ship anything without an RMA number. Wait for your RMA number and instructions before you send anything to One Horse.
