No. The Express 22 is a complete, dedicated .22LR firearm. Its barrel, chamber, bolt system and operating parts are built for the .22 Long Rifle cartridge. It does not fire rimfire ammo through a converted 5.56/.223 barrel, and it is not sold as an upper only.

Yes. Both the Express 22 rifle and pistol ship with the Atrius Forced Reset selector (FRS), with three positions: SAFE, SEMI and Super-Semi. A single-side FRS is standard and an ambidextrous FRS is offered as an installed upgrade on the product page.

The Express 22 Rifle has a 16.1″ dedicated .22LR barrel and a THRiL CCS Combat Competition Stock. The Express 22 Pistol has a 12.1″ dedicated .22LR barrel and an SBA stabilizing brace. Both use the THRiL RTG grip, a 1:12 twist barrel threaded 1/2x28 and the Atrius Forced Reset selector.

No. One Horse ships firearms only to licensed FFL dealers, and retail firearm orders get free shipping to your FFL. You must be 18 or older for the Express 22 rifle (21 where state or local law requires it) or 21 or older for the Express 22 pistol, and complete the transfer through your FFL. Magazines ship like normal parts orders where legal.
