16" Express 5.56/.223 Atrius FRS Rifle (OD Green)

The One Horse Express Rifle — ODG takes the rifle that launched the Express Series and gives it a hard-use Olive Drab Green finish. The lower receiver, upper receiver, and 15" ASAL Express-Lock Handguard are Cerakoted in ODG, giving the rifle a clean, purpose-built look while keeping the proven Express platform underneath. Developed in collaboration with Atrius Development Group, the One Horse Express Rifle is built around the Atrius Single-Sided Forced Reset Selector (FRS). This isn't a selector dropped into an off-the-shelf rifle and sent out the door. The Express was engineered, assembled, tuned, and tested as a complete system from the factory—taking the guesswork out of matching the FRS with the gas system, fire control group, buffer system, and operating components. The rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO and features a 16" CrMoV nitride SOCOM-profile barrel with a 1:8 twist, mid-length gas system, low-profile staked steel gas block, and an H2 buffer system. Up front, the barrel is finished with an A2 birdcage-style flash suppressor on standard 1/2x28 threads. The Express is equipped with a Breek Arms Warhammer Mod2 ambidextrous charging handle, THRiL RTG Rugged Tactical Grip, THRiL CCS Combat Competition Stock, and the 15" ASAL Express-Lock M-LOK Handguard with enhanced lock-up. The ODG Cerakote sets this rifle apart, but underneath the finish it is still pure Express—factory tuned, American made, and built around a system designed to run together from day one.
