Firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice — not to your home — for background check and transfer per all applicable laws. Suppressors are NFA items and ship only to an SOT/Class 3 dealer; transfer requires ATF Form 4 approval before pickup.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including magazine, feature, and trigger/selector restrictions. Placing an order does not guarantee an item is legal in your jurisdiction.
All firearm and NFA sales are final once shipped or transferred. See our Return Policy for unfired-accessory exceptions.
